I’ve written my very first digital cookbook. 5 years ago, I was feeling my worst and took control of my health. I started creating anti-inflammatory recipes to help me heal from a bacterial overgrowth. These recipes saved me when I found it difficult to find healthier, gut-friendly food in grocery stores and other restaurants. I omitted the top 5 inflammatory triggers of gluten, dairy, seed oils, refined sugars & alcohol. I lost 40 pounds and began my healing journey.
